Keel is a boating GPS and chart app for iPhone. The chart is free: official NOAA nautical charts with your boat's position on them. Keel Pro adds the live depth under your keel, worked out from the chart, today's tide and your own boat's draft, shallow water alerts set to that draft, hourly wind, waves and tides for where you are, offline charts that work with no signal, and a log of every trip with its distance, time and speed. Keel is an aid for recreational boating, not a replacement for official charts, proper navigation equipment and a good lookout.
