What to send where
| If you want to… | Then |
|---|---|
| Ask about a charge, a receipt, or a card statement entry | Email us. We are the seller, we hold the payment record, and we can refund or explain it. The entry on your statement is our business name, not the name of the app. |
| Cancel your subscription | Use the link in any email you have had about the subscription, which opens your subscription page, or email us from the address you bought with and we will action it and confirm. |
| Request a refund | See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, then email us. We refund your first payment in full if you ask within 30 days of the charge and have not yet unlocked your purchase in the app. |
| Get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted | Email us from the address you bought with and we will find your purchase. If you never bought anything, none of the questions asked your name or email, so send your unlock link instead. See the Privacy Notice. |
| Report something broken, or ask how Keel works | Email us. Tell us the device and what you were doing. |
What we cannot help with
Keel is an aid for recreational boating. The depth it shows is worked out from the chart, the tide and the draft you set, and like the forecasts it is an estimate, not a measurement. It is not a replacement for official charts, proper navigation equipment and a good lookout, and the decisions on the water are always yours. Keel's charts come from NOAA; we are not affiliated with NOAA or any other government agency.
